The 4th set of practice would be your longest practice before Suryathon. You would need to practice 1 Suryanamaskar in 24 seconds count for 40 minutes followed by long shavasana.

The 5th practice to be done on June 18th would be 1 Suryanamaskar on the count of 24 seconds for 12 minutes followed by long Shavasana.
