One of the reasons for the popularity of Yog, has been its wide therapeutic application in eliminating all kinds of psycho somatic problems. Even severe and chronic issues have improved drastically with the inclusion of ‘Yog’ in one’s lifestyle.
It is, however, important to comprehend whether the maintenance of this diseases-free status and therefore the overall wellness is possible and achievable. If one is unable to do so, the practitioner has not fulfilled the ultimate purpose of Yog.
I had published my first blog on Beena Puri’s transformation (on November 14, 2014), wherein she had gotten off her diabetes and BP medication. It is time to we take a stock of the current status – if Beena has been able to maintain the diabetes-free lifestyle that she had been coveting five years ago. Listen to her story in her own voice.
You can click the below links for the blogs published:
- A Life Transformed..…Beena is off her Diabetes & BP Medication (PART-I)
- Life is Sweet: Don’t Let Diabetes Sour It….Beena is off her Diabetes & BP Medication (PART-II)
Her current HbA1c (considered to be most accurate & stable) is between 5.6-5.8 from 12.6. This is a clear reflection of how very well controlled her diabetes is.
Enjoy a disease free and a sampuran life
