Formation of habitual patterns is believed to require a 21 days’ regime. This 21-day quarantine seclusion, compelled me to think of an ‘out of the box’ solution – A regimented holistic program to ensure that we emerge post this hiatus better individuals than ever before – strong, lean, agile, active that infuses our spirit, body and soul with positivity and optimism.
Remember! being home-bound, especially in this manner, is not something many of us are used to. It may have its own downsides. Before those downsides begin to surface, let’s channelize our energies and begin a buoyant journey towards wholesomeness and rejuvenation. Let us impart on a travel down a transitional road that translates this self-isolation into a self-realization.
The 21-day program is a combination of Detoxification, Strength & Stamina Building, Stretching, Flexibility, Pranayama, Meditation and Nutritional tips along with other lifestyle suggestions. This is our day one video which focuses exclusively on the variations of Marjarasana working on back stretching, strengthening and twisting. In the second segment, I have gone with detailed Suryanamaskar tutorial and then Kapalbahti in detail and abdominal breathing.
Initial few days would be descriptive in nature so that we understand the right way of doing things and then we can gradually start building up on that.
