The Day-2 practice is focused on the upper body stretch and then whole-body engagement practice. The upper body stretch is recommended for anyone having tight shoulders, frozen shoulders, cervical spondylosis, tight neck, upper back stiffness, arthritis for joint mobilization etc.

In fact, this also helps stretch the respiratory organs and help improve the function of oxygen and carbon di oxide so that body works at the optimal level. Continue with your practice and let us know how does the practice feel on the second day of your transformation
