Hope you enjoyed your Day-2 practice.
We have reached Day-3 of our practice today. As you would have noticed that the class plan has one segment, which works on therapeutic aspect, which is also equally applicable for people in day to day life who end up with such problems but fail to focus on eliminating that.
We are beginning today’s session with a set of specially designed movements for knee pain management. Apart from knee pain, this is also useful in case of plantar fascia, achillies tendon, ankle stiffness, flat foot etc. Perform the first segment 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. We have few standing postures working on optimal stretching of hamstrings, gluteal opening and strength building and the process which will take us deep into pranayama.
