“Pranayama is not a mere breathing exercise aimed at introducing extra oxygen into the lungs. It includes energy, bio-motor energy, food energy, oxygen, bio-magnetic, electrical energy, photonic, ocular, thermal and mental energies”.
The critical part about this Prana + Ayama is doing it Right. Do it wrong and be ready to take its repression in a silent but brutal manner.
Also, Day-8 video shows how to initiate into INVERSION. Even the one who can otherwise find it challenging, have been suggested some simple support prop to perform this.
