After 75 Suryanamaskar of Day 15- The Quarantine Transformation in 21 Days, it is time for ‘Deep Tissue Massage’ with long and deep stretches so that the body can rest, recover and be rejuvenated for the next practice.
An important segment of this video has ‘Eye Yoga’ which, when practiced regularly (twice a day for 10-15 minutes) will improve the strength and the sight of your eyes. The kids should do it regularly to remove their eye strain caused due to heavy studies; the corporate world should have compulsory ‘Eye Movement Break’ to ease the pressure on the eyes created by constant exposure to the screen; the housewives should take to practice too if they are glued to television and phone. It’s actually for all.
