Core workout when a Teenager joins you
The beginning 20 minutes are hard core ‘core workout’ as well as strength building specifically for the arms. As you start picking up those movements, increase the repetitions gradually, making sure that you are not stressing your joints.
Thereafter, we have added different asanas and specific core practices. Regular practice will bring you a flat and strong core. So, go ahead with practice and be all set to flaunt that flat Abs, you always wished for.
