The Inversion with Sirshasan and Adhomukha Vrksasana

Inversion or upside down is the simplest practice to achieve the above goal. Day-19 of The Quarantine Transformation is a series of inversion from Sirshasan to Adhomukha Vrkasana. In this video, you would be performing series of postures to direct your blood flow to the head so that you do not experience sudden rush of blood to the head.
