Deep Stretching is as much an Addiction as it is a requirement.
Over the years of my teaching, I have realized that ‘Stretching’ especially the deep one is so soothing that once I get into practicing that, I do not feel like doing anything else, not only on that particular day but also on the other days, and love to keep coming back to more and more deep stretches. The reason is an exhilarating experience associated with that. As we start gradually moving into stretch, it starts connecting us with each cell and because of elasticity of the muscles, it feels like each cell is bathing in fresh oxygenated blood and rejuvenated to its optimal functioning.
This video is only about stretches. You can try it with partner or even all by yourself.
Lengthen then Strengthen.
