The ‘D-Day’

The purpose of this 21 days was to take you into a journey of self-exploration, using different yogic techniques. This exploration was meant to connect you with the limitations of your body first, accept it with love and then work towards overcoming it. Once able to comprehend that, you start connecting it with your ‘Breath’, then move on to touching your Prana and preserving it forever.

And I am sure you all have had your own experiences in this journey. I am also sure that this has led you into some NEW and POSITIVE habit formation. Please hold on to those experiences and build up on that so that you reach your destination of your choice.
