Toe Dance is the subject for today’s video. Why so much focus on toes at all?

Many problems in the lower extremities are connected with the stiffness of the toes especially in today’s time when our poor feet are always locked in a narrow-closed shoe for hours gasping for breath and stretch.

Even though the focus area is toes and their movements, these practices are covering the whole feet as well as the legs from different angles increasing the flexibility of the ankle, arch, and the the metatarsals. Simultaneously, these stretches are also working on easing the stiffness from hamstrings. These factors combined together, works towards easing and eliminating knee pain with increased blood flow and increased range of motion. The issues connected with plantar fascia, flat feet, heel spur is also taken care of. At the same time, it is can be easily performed by senior citizens sitting on bed.
