Wall Stretch is the theme for Day-4 in the series of Knee Pain Elimination, Just 5 minutes in 5 Days. These simple wall stretches, which may seem like a no task at all, can be performed by a wide range of population, benefiting each of them in their unique field.

Along with knee pain, these therapeutic stretches are amazing healer for back pain, hormonal imbalance, varicose veins, urinary infection, indigestion, uterus prolapse etc.

The desk bound population from corporate world, kids from school, senior citizens, housewives etc. can perform it to increase the oxygenated blood in the opposite direction by raising the legs up, which is otherwise hanging down for hours, stiffening the hamstrings, loosening the hip firing and making the fluid earthbound. In fact, senior citizens can perform it easily lying down on the bed itself.
