It does feel great to receive feedback from the practitioners that they have already started feeling much better with the last four days practice.
As this program is supposedly the simplest and the easiest to be performed by all, at any time, any place. I though it would be almost a crime not to show something on the chair as that’s one thing in our life, which we spend majority time with.
In today’s segment of chair yoga, we are working predominantly on lengthening the hamstrings and strengthening the quadriceps muscles as well as opening up the gluteal group of muscles. All these three components are critical in eliminating knee pain. Hence, doing it as and when, in between, as a quick break will not do any harm. Instead, will add value to your living.
Please note that these stretches will also bring miraculous results when practiced by athletes and runners as well as senior citizens.
