Here we are with the final Sirshasan Tutorial!
In our series of Sirshasan for beginners – this is our third and final video, in which you are being taught to perform Sirshasana independently in the middle of the room.
1) The key is to master the Sirshasan Tutorial -1
2) Once the Tutorial -1 is mastered, you would need to move to Tutorial-2
3) After mastering Tutorial-2, you are all set to move in the middle of the room and perform as shown in the video.
The key is to go slow so that you understand the engagement of muscles, relationship of the muscles to the floor & the rhythm of the breath during movement as well as stability of the posture.
Make sure there is no fast movement, no jerky movement and no joint strain. In any of these cases, take a break, review the video in detail and then get back to practice again once pain is over. Be mindful with your practice. Hurrying without understanding can lead to injury and delay the learning process. Avoid in case of neck pain, severe back pain, high BP, vertigo, cervical spondylosis, heart problem or any severe medical issue.
All the very best to look at the world upside down.
