Anxiety is a state where your body as well as your mind is held in a perpetual state of rigidity, stiffness and tension.
Releasing these two together may not be the easiest thing on the earth to do. However, reaching out to your mind by relaxing your body, wherein you allow each and every muscle to begin to loosen up and thereby allow complete submission to mother Earth, it would be easy to reach out to your mind for relaxation. The body and the mind is then capacitated to choose to respond to a situation logically than to react to it – the end of Anxiety.
Try this simple supported shavansana, which will take you into the state of a ‘Shava’ -freeing the body of all the locks & thereby the mind of all commotions.

My count is 35
So 5 in one minute which is decently good and with this rate, you must have felt deeply relaxed.
69
69 in 5 minutes hence 18.8 in one minute which is in general not bad as 15-18 count breath in one minute is considered normal. You must have felt better but not necessarily deep relaxation. There is much scope to improve. .Next try and make your exhalation longer the inhalation.
It went to 15 minutes n around 150 breathing.. I didn’t realise 5 minutes were over
do share your experience
Thanks for sharing your experience. That’s the goal that you let go of everything and get into deep relaxation
Work more on your breathing so that the number can reduce
Hello Shammi , I just did this for 5 min and the total respiration/ inhalation was 75
I do hope it would have reduced by now
