Constant Sitting Damages your Spine

Sitting and sitting for hours, months and years, on the chair along with gadgets, are so much an inseparable part of our life that we do not even realize that major part of our living is spent on the chairs, and mostly on the chairs which are not the right size for us.

It is unfortunate that Schools and Parents train us in History (which does not exist in present), geography (which we can have an easy access on internet), political science etc. etc. but not about how to sit right and how to train ourselves to use the gadgets properly so that the postural alignment is not compromised and we can maintain a neutral spine.

Maintaining a neutral spine alone can be a significant solution to multiple psycho somatic diseases and a way to holistic living.
