A neutral spine, which we are supposed to stay with always, could be one of the simplest solutions to multiple problems and a way to keep your nervous system working at its optimal.
With ‘life of convenience’, we do not even realize when has our spine slipped into a slouching zone > the Disease Welcoming Zone. By the time, we do, we are already prey to some of the psycho somatic issues. This problem is further blooming to its highest given the current lockdown and work from home situation. The work demand is high and the boundary of being in a certain posture (which was at least applicable in the office space) is absolutely boundaryless with sofas, beds and bean bags around the house.
This simple arrangement, with the yoga strap, can still help one be on their desk for hours without compromising the health of spine, which has the essence of youthfulness.
