Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is on rise. One of the reasons, to be held responsible, for its up rise is hours of work on computer and laptop. Constant usage of fingers, in a certain manner and improper placing of the palms on the laptop and the table is equally responsible for this mess.
This video has got three segments. The first segment shows various movements in namaste, the second is on hand clenching and the third is on hand press. The first two segments can be practiced at all stages of pain. The last segment works specifically on strength building. Hence, be gentle on the third segment in the beginning and then gradually built up on that.
Start with 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening and gradually increase the timing. A one-week practice should show an amazing result.
