Kapalbhati for Absolute Beginners

The voluntary abdominal breathing, Kapalbhati needs absolute sync between two important segments:

1) The abdomen and

2) The Exhalation

It has been seen that as a novice to this practice, one may find it a bit difficult to create the right flow of strokes. With this video, I have divided the practice in two segments so that the beginners can first focus on it separately to understand those segments distinctively in its own independent capacity and may, thereby, naturally move into creating the right sync.

Get into the right flow with the right practice and keep your abdominal breathing to its optimal capacity with Kapalbhati.
